Description of Charges

• Subscription Charges:A customer will be charged Subscription Charges when he download the first song from the IVR. This is a onetime Subscription Charge and will be valid for a period for 30days. Charged every time the customer de-provisions and provisions the service  again
• Monthly Rental: Once subscribed to the service a customer will be charged a recurring monthly rental to keep the subscription live for his services.
• IVR Charges: Calls to the IVR number 111  will be charged as a Local with the rates as defined above
• Song Download: A subscriber will be charged a Song Download charge each time he downloads any new song as his Alo Tune
• * (star) to copy: A subscriber who has neverused the ALO TUNE service will automatically be charged the Subscription charges when doing the * to copy & charged the song download.
• Gift Song:  A subscriber can gift a Alo tune to any other airtel number. He will be Charged the Gift Charges  as mentioned above
